EXPRESS POST $15 Shipping Australia Wide (EXCLUDES BULKY ITEMS SUCH AS WOODEN TOYS, prams).

World wide shipping:

We ship world wide**. Prices can be found at check out. If your country of origin is not listed, please send us an email, DM or chat with us on here to organise shipping quote. Please note, we cannot post bulky/ heavy items overseas. We reserve the right to refund and cancel orders where postage is outside the quoted/ purchased amount. 

**TEMPORARY SUSPENDED US SHIPPING:

As a result of the recently introduced changes to the import tariff requirements set out in US Executive Order 14324, Australia Post has joined a number of international postal operators to temporarily suspend partial postal services to the United States (US) and Puerto Rico, effective immediately until further notice.

This decision has been made to ensure compliance with the new US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) requirements. Specifically, the requirement for duties and taxes to be prepaid on all shipments prior to their arrival in the US. 

We are currently working to offer a solution the above situation. We will advise customers once this solution has been implemented and services resumed.

Free local pickup is available 7 days a week from two locations.
Please note: Weekend pick up orders must be placed before lunch time on Friday's. However, please contact us via the chat feature on the website or via email should you require an order after this time/ urgently and we may be able to assist you.

Local pick up can often be made same day (excluding weekends).
During a sale/ launch or busy periods please check if same day is available before processing urgent orders.

Free local delivery: Local delivery can be arranged at a fee. 

All Products are in stock ready to make their way to you, unless otherwise specified in the description.  

Your beautiful orders will usually be dispatched same/ next business day. Dispatch times may be longer during sales or major releases. If you require your items urgently, please select Express Post. You can also send us an email if items are urgent. We cannot guarantee anything! But we will always do our best! 

We use Australia Post for our shipping. You will be emailed a tracking number for your order. All orders are marked as 'authority to leave'. 

PRE ORDERS - Approximate shipment times for pre order items will be stated in the listing for the individual product. Please note that these are estimates only and whilst 90% of the time the goods are shipped within those timeframes, sometimes delays beyond our control do happen and shipping times may be extended.  Stock will always ship the minute it arrives and we appreciate your patience in these situations.

Should you order a *Pre Order* Item along side an in-stock item, your order will be sent once preorder items are instock. If you require a second delivery, please contact us so this can be arranged. Shipping fees will apply or you can place a seperate orders to avoid any disappointment!

All return shipping is at the expense of the buyer unless items are faulty. Please log into your customer account and apply for returns here.
