USE INSTRUCTIONS

1. Grab a plate or palette to mix your colours

2. Mix a small amount of powdered colour with Oh Flossy Primer to make a paste. If you don't have primer, you can use water or moisturiser instead.

3. Use the mini brushes to apply.
